At Michael Malul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
